All purchases may be returned within 30 days of shipment received. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.  A return label will be forwarded to the email provided us.  We will only accept returns from rappipalmsprings.com.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.
